Realab provides web access to Entelos’ predictive computer models of human and animal disease physiology, allowing life scientists and clinicians to test alternate hypotheses and examine the effects in silico to provide guidance to in vitro and in vivo studies. More specifically, researchers can test alternate mechanisms of disease modulation and preview not only the effect on disease, but also the underlying mechanistic changes leading to the observed disease effect.

Realab’s virtual environments can be used to quickly and safely evaluate a range of "What If" scenarios, to inform and optimize research and clinical development in the real world. Using Realab, experiments that may take months or years to conduct in the real world can be simulated in less than 24 hours, ultimately reducing time and resources spent.
